February 2012 TexNEP Field Trip

Estero Llano Grande State Park, Saturday February 18, 2012

Meet at the visitors center at 8:00am and then walk into the park. Lots of wading birds to be seen around the ponds at the park. If its a warm sunny day the possibility exists of photographing one of the resident alligators at the alligator pond.

Long lens is a must. 400mm + recommended.

Bring comfortable shoes, bug spray, hat, and plenty of water.

Park Entrance Fee of $4.00 must be paid at visitor's center at arrival.
